1. Agreement

By accessing or using Nestio you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Nestio is a software platform for estate agents to manage listings, enquiries, applications, viewings, sale tracking and related agency workflows.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for keeping login details secure
• You must be authorised to act for your agency when creating an account

4. Subscriptions & trial

• Nestio Pro is billed at €99 per month unless otherwise stated
• A 30-day free trial may be offered to eligible new users (card required)
• Trial eligibility is limited; previously used trials may not be repeated
• After trial, your card may be charged automatically unless cancelled in time
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Misuse the platform or attempt unauthorised access
• Upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content
• Use Nestio to spam or harass others
• Resell or misuse unique property email addresses

6. Your data

You retain ownership of data you enter (properties, enquiries, applicants, etc.). You grant us a licence to host and process that data solely to provide the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

7. Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nestio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost deals, profits or data, arising from use of the service.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription according to the tools available in your account or by contacting support. Access may continue until the end of the paid period where applicable.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes are subject to the courts of Ireland.
